Responsibilities

• Deliver project initiation activities, including scope definition, team setup, and project kickoff.
• Develop detailed project plans outlining development activities, timelines, and milestones.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring effective resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Perform monitoring and control activities such as progress reporting, change requests, and risk/issue tracking.
• Work with clients to understand business challenges and design solutions addressing process, technology, and data needs.
• Lead Client sessions, document requirements/user stories, and organize work into Agile sprints.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define and approve user stories with clear definitions of “done.”
• Manage project scope, timelines, cost, quality, and communication for successful project delivery.
• Conduct status meetings, steering committee updates, and Agile ceremonies with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate non-technical risks and points of resistance to ensure project success.
• Perform additional related duties as required.

Requirement/Must Have

• University degree in Business Administration or Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple related projects aligned with organizational strategy.
• At least 2 years of experience in full lifecycle project delivery using Agile methodologies.

Experience

• Proven experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading Agile projects across multiple teams or workstreams.
