Responsibilities
- Deliver project initiation activities, including scope definition, team setup, and project kickoff.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining development activities, timelines, and milestones.
- Manage project delivery, ensuring effective resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Perform monitoring and control activities such as progress reporting, change requests, and risk/issue tracking.
- Work with clients to understand business challenges and design solutions addressing process, technology, and data needs.
- Lead Client sessions, document requirements/user stories, and organize work into Agile sprints.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and approve user stories with clear definitions of “done.”
- Manage project scope, timelines, cost, quality, and communication for successful project delivery.
- Conduct status meetings, steering committee updates, and Agile ceremonies with stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate non-technical risks and points of resistance to ensure project success.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
Requirement/Must Have
- University degree in Business Administration or Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple related projects aligned with organizational strategy.
- At least 2 years of experience in full lifecycle project delivery using Agile methodologies.
Experience
- Proven experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading Agile projects across multiple teams or workstreams.
- Ability to analyze business processes and design effective technical solutions.
Qualification and Education
