We are currently recruiting for two key positions :

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who thrives on leading large, complex builds and managing project teams with confidence and clarity. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing ICI projects over $50M from pre-construction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage client relationships and consultant coordination
• Oversee budgets, schedules, safety, and quality control
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Project Director – ICI Construction

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who has consistently delivered large-scale ICI projects while supporting the growth and performance of internal teams. You’ll take on a broader leadership mandate, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team development across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee large-scale projects and project teams
• Act as an executive liaison for client and consultant partners
• Support internal project controls and delivery frameworks
• Mentor senior staff and contribute to business growth strategies
