A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate the PLM Master Plan, specifically overseeing PLM360 end-to-end business readiness implementation and integration of PLM360 with SAP system (existing and new S4E) for the AGT product line. The programs include key design decision assessments, data migration, system integration, and new architecture/process implementation for the complete end-to-end process for the new AGT unit and service business. This role will collaborate closely with the S4E implementation project manager, which has a different timeline.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of both projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, minimal business disruption, and alignment with relevant functions and global operations.

Leading a multi-functional team, the role will also involve establishing regular reporting and communication with senior management.

• Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans, define milestones, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leadership, IT, and end-users, communicate project status, and manage expectations.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage budgets, allocate resources, and coordinate with vendors.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and conduct regular risk assessments.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, with 8-10 years of project management experience, preferably with ERP/PLM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and PLM software.
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.

Skills: Proficiency with project management tools, analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent organizational skills.

This position requires fluency in English, and it is based in a French-speaking environment.
