As part of this exciting new chapter, we are seeking a Bonafide Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of two landmark rental towers in Toronto. This is a rare opportunity to join a developer with a strong pipeline, a collaborative culture, and a commitment to shaping the future of urban living.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the full-cycle delivery of two high-rise rental towers in downtown Toronto
  • Driving project execution with minimal oversight, owning schedules, budgets, and technical coordination
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality, timelines, and cost targets are met
  • Playing a key role in building out a self-perform construction team as the company scales its in-house capabilities
