Senior Project Manager, New Space Openings

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Project Management Office team is expanding accordingly. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a team responsible for transforming strategic goals into successful projects that generate new value for the business. As the Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager, New Space Openings, you will oversee the development of business-ready, world-class spaces, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate with business experts and lead cross-functional teams to deliver turnkey handovers of new spaces to our Retail and Business teams. THE ROLE

As the Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager, New Space Openings, your responsibilities include:

1. Spearheading the successful delivery of new retail, food and beverage, and infrastructure spaces.
2. Continuously evolving and championing Aritzia's project management methodologies and developing capabilities to ensure high project success rates.
3. Partnering with business and cross-functional stakeholders to develop spaces that maximize value, delivered at the right time with appropriate resources.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in project management, including PMP certification.
• Experience in retail, with senior-level experience preferred.
• A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's Business and People Leadership principles.
• Strong strategic collaboration skills with cross-functional partners to achieve shared business outcomes.
• A dedication to quality and results that add value to the business.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD annually. Final salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. The role is also eligible for bonuses and equity. We are open to candidates with different qualifications, and compensation may be adjusted accordingly.
