Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in mining/construction/energy/heavy industrial settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with P.Eng. eligibility or active designation preferred.
• PM certification (PMP) is an asset and may be required for some roles.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project execution plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resources.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective project delivery.
• Define objectives, deliverables, and KPIs to align with client expectations.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Manage risks, change control, and contractual obligations.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
