Temporary Full Time assignment for approximately 12 months.

This is an opportunity to take on a high-impact role at the intersection of technology and health care modernization. As Senior Project Manager, Microsoft 365 (M365), you’ll be the trusted advisor and project lead for initiatives that influence organizational change. Collaborating with teams across Sinai Health, including frontline staff, operational leaders, and senior executives you’ll help ensure M365 tools meet their day-to-day needs. The difference you make will be seen in how teams communicate and care for patients. Your work will deliver real change that contributes to an improved patient experience.

Is this you?

Are you experienced in managing large M365 deployments, with a strong understanding of how to connect its many tools to meet real-world needs? This role gives you the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in areas such as Exchange migrations, Teams enablement, SharePoint, or OneDrive adoption, to drive project delivery that aligns with the unique needs of a health care environment. Navigating the complexities of these systems while maintaining security and compliance through other tools is crucial. Leveraging your proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodologies, including Agile, you’ll be trusted to guide projects with confidence.

You are someone who thrives in environments that require diplomacy and tenacity to keep multiple priorities moving forward. Balancing the needs of different internal teams and leaders with a calm, professional approach comes naturally to you. Your strong leadership and communication skills help you build consensus and ensure everyone stays aligned. This ensures that technical solutions are adopted with confidence and fully supported by those who use them every day.

If you are a strategic thinker who understands how to align project outcomes with shifting organizational priorities, this role will be rewarding. Anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise is how you keep work moving forward smoothly. Change management comes naturally to you, and you’re always focused on helping teams adapt confidently to new ways of working. These skills will directly contribute to smoother transitions for our teams as they integrate M365 into their workflows.
