The role requires 10–15+ years of GC experience, eligibility for Government of Canada secret clearance, and proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale programs valued up to $1B.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee Complex Institutional Projects to lead the pursuit and delivery of major capital programs across Ontario. This role is ideal for an experienced construction executive with a proven track record delivering large-scale defence, military, government, healthcare, correctional, post-secondary, or other highly regulated institutional projects.
This position offers a unique opportunity to shape projects from inception through completion. You will play a key role in supporting pursuits, client engagement, proposal development, and procurement strategies. Once projects are secured, you will transition into project leadership, overseeing execution and serving as the primary representative for clients and stakeholders.
Projects may be located in Ottawa, Trenton, Petawawa, Toronto, and other locations throughout Ontario, requiring a willingness to work on-site as business needs dictate.
Due to the nature of our projects and clients, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance.
