A healthcare infrastructure organization is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and development of healthcare facilities. Candidates should have a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically within healthcare or related industries. Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of applicable regulations are essential. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
You will be responsible for planning and developing healthcare infrastructure facilities and managing various projects from proposal to completion. This includes developing master-plans and budget proposals, conceptual planning and conducting feasibility studies. You will also be required to handle design development, tender preparation and evaluation, and construction management.
Requirements
Recognized degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 7 years’ of relevant experience in facilities and project management in healthcare, pharmaceutical or semiconductor industry
Candidates with degree in Building Services with at least 8 years’ of relevant experience may be considered.
Extensive experience in design and operations of facilities with stringent environmental conditions such as cleanrooms, isolation and containment facilities
Proficient in Building Regulations, EHS and WSH requirements pertaining to infrastructure facilities development
A team player with excellent project management, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in AutoCAD drafting
An independent self-starter who is proactive, adaptable and works well under pressure
