Leads assigned projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring successful business outcomes. Responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while satisfying stakeholders. Manages risks and facilitates communication among project teams and stakeholders, including vendors and external organizations.

  7. Provides strategic advice and industry insights.
  8. Influences and negotiates to meet business objectives.
  9. Develops strategic plans, identifies trends, and assesses risks.
  10. Acts as a subject matter expert and manages financial forecasts.
  11. Analyzes data, monitors performance, and reports insights.
  12. Socializes change management plans and measures project effectiveness.
  13. Leads complex initiatives involving multiple units, with accountability for teams up to 50 members.
  14. Negotiates contracts with external vendors.
  15. Takes ownership of projects from start to finish, managing budgets and deliverables.
  16. Advises on project viability, manages interdependencies, and mitigates risks.
  17. Communicates effectively with sponsors and stakeholders, building trust.
  18. Leads project meetings and adheres to risk, regulatory, and compliance standards.
  19. Serves as a resource to senior leaders, applying creative solutions to complex issues.
  20. Implements adaptive changes based on industry trends.
  21. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and/or related certification.
  • 6-8 years of project management experience.
  • PMI PMP certification is an asset.
  • Strong entrepreneurial, judgment, and learning agility skills.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, communication, analysis, influence, and collaboration.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and experience managing project risks.
Salary:

$84,000.00 - $156,000.00
