WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The Senior Project Manager, Incubator - Global serves as the end-to-end lead project manager for all Deciem Incubator initiatives, with a large focus on new brand and new product launches. This individual will act as a chief-of-staff and key partner to the VP Brand in defining process flow, priorities, and overall cross-functional management.

This is a fixed-term contract until November 2027

MUST HAVES:

• A Degree or Diploma is required, with a focus on project management, cosmetics, IT, Business, Science, or another related field.
• 5+ years of project implementation experience is required.
• 3+ years of managerial or work in a leadership role is required.

PAY RANGE

The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 CAD.

Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
