About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take charge of high-rise residential projects (20+ storeys) across the Lower Mainland, managing them from design to final delivery. This is a leadership position, where you will guide a team of professionals, drive project success, and play a pivotal role in mentoring junior and intermediate team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of high-rise residential projects, from pre-construction to final handover.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial controls, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.

• Oversee and manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, ensuring seamless project execution.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

• Ensure strict adherence to BC Building Codes, construction regulations, and company quality standards.

• Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Communicate project updates, cost reports, and progress tracking to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience managing high-rise residential construction projects.

• Proven track record overseeing high-rise projects (20+ storeys) from start to finish as the lead project manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a talent for motivating and managing teams.

• In-depth knowledge of BC Building Codes, high-rise construction regulations, and best practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve complex challenges.

• Expertise in budget and schedule management, with a focus on cost control and risk mitigation.

• Established relationships with local high-rise residential trades and consultants.
