WHO WE ARE:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and manage healthcare projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare project management, particularly with Clinical Information Systems (CIS), Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Electronic Health Record (EHR), and digital health applications, with a proven track record of successful project leadership in the healthcare sector.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE:

  • Manage and lead healthcare projects through planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation phases.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project goals and constraints.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate resources, including team members, external consultants, and vendors.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and updates with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.
  • Manage project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and change requests.
  • Support business development through client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in healthcare, with expertise in CIS, EMR, EHR, and digital health applications.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with organizational change management is desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Continuous learning mindset and curiosity.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills: thorough and reliable.
  • Team player: sharing knowledge and assisting others.
  • Effective communicator: explaining ideas and recommendations clearly.
