The Role

// We’re looking for an exceptional client-facing Senior Project Manager to join our Strategic Programs team and lead the delivery of high-impact transit and fare payment projects across the globe.

You’ll be at the helm of complex, multi-vendor programs, managing cross-functional teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to implement Masabi’s SaaS fare payment platform at major public transit agencies.

As a key leader within the team, you’ll work on some of the most complex transit projects in the world, partner with top-tier global system integrators, and provide expert guidance to deliver innovative, impactful solutions.

// This is a remote role available to candidates based in Eastern Canada only.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs involving ABT and open payments
• Manage planning, execution, and delivery across workstreams, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, integrators, and internal stakeholders
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments to align business, technical, and operational goals
• Guide best practices around delivery governance and solution design
• Support Agile delivery cycles including PI planning and sprints
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and interdependencies
• Report progress and KPIs to leadership and partners
• Oversee financial governance, including change control and invoicing
• Contribute to proposals and new opportunity scoping with Business Development

About You

• Background in transit, payments, or public-sector delivery
• Proven ability to manage multi-vendor projects with system integrators
• Experience with SaaS deployments and API integrations
• Skilled in Agile delivery; SAFe experience or certification is a plus
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder
• Experienced in transformation and change management
