The Senior Project Manager (ERP) will be accountable for delivery of a large ERP project as well as managing the client relationship from a delivery standpoint. In addition, the Senior Project Manager (ERP) will also work closely with the Quality Assurance Team, as well as other IT departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Structures and manages integrated projects and programs to achieve expected business results.
- Manages large, complex ERP projects/programs to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost and quality.
- Leads teams to deliver integrated client solutions that achieve measurable business results for our clients.
- Manages the financial aspects of all project initiatives – costs, KPIs, etc.
- Responsible for communications with our senior leadership team and communicates status and issues regularly.
- Plans projects or work packages up front by leading the estimation efforts, collaboratively across all IT departments and 3rd party vendors.
- Mobilizes and manages teams to execute against project plans.
- Project Tracking, Reporting & Monitoring.
- Track and provide project status and audit reports.
- Manage the risk, issue and change resolution process and work with other leaders to take corrective action as necessary.
- Oversee Project Managers and Business Analysts for the delivery of projects/programs on time, within scope and on budget.
- Ensure all program communications and status reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership is conducted on a regular basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Computer Science, Business (MBA) and/or Technology.
- More than 10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager with a proven track record of successful project delivery and ability to improve project management practices.
- 5+ years of experience in delivering large ERP implementations.
- Superior analytical problem-solving ability for dealing with escalated issues from projects under the IT Project Services management.
- Experience in Health Care (an asset).

This is a hybrid contract role located in Mississauga, ON.
