  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex electrical projects from proposal to close-out.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships at a strategic level.
  • Deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that align with industry regulations and project timelines.
  • Mentor junior engineers and technologists as part of a knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and client meetings.
  • Ensure quality assurance and budget oversight throughout all project phases.
  • Perform any other related tasks.
