The Opportunity

We seek a Senior Project Manager, Digital Commerce in Coquitlam, BC, to lead complex eCommerce initiatives and oversee our digital transformation efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with business and IT leaders to identify and prioritize initiatives
  • Developing business cases and decision requests
  • Managing resources and project teams
  • Controlling project scopes, budgets, timelines, and vendors
  • Reporting project progress to stakeholders
  • Improving technology experience for internal clients
  • Ensuring requirements are understood and documented
  • Supporting testing and documenting processes

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of project/program management experience in digital and eCommerce
  • Experience with digital transformation projects in B2B channels
  • Degree in computer science, business, or related field
  • Project management certification
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, middleware systems
  • Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, Asana, Monday.com
  • Knowledge of agile, scrum, and traditional PM methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
