What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership for project teams, ensuring adherence to project goals and milestones
- Manage the full project life cycle from initiation to deployment for multiple initiatives
- Report on project success criteria, metrics, and deployment management activities
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities while monitoring project scope and quality standards
- Coach and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative work environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in project management, including the use of project plans and issue logs
- Prior experience in software projects and collaboration with technical teams
- Ability to lead conference calls with participants at various levels
- Some travel may be required to facilitate client discussions and provide oversight
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Agile experience is a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
- Financial Services background is a plus
