Our team is growing, and we are looking for motivated, collaborative individuals to help shape the next generation of Aragon communities.*POSITION OVERVIEW*We are seeking an Intermediate to Senior Project Manager to join our Vancouver-based construction team. The successful candidate will take a lead role in managing a 143-unit condo and townhome project, overseeing construction from early coordination through to completion. This role is ideal for a construction professional with at least 5 years of project management experience and a strong foundation in wood frame residential development, who is ready to step into a leadership position or continue to excel at a senior level.*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*· Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, site coordination, and turnover.· Oversee and collaborate with site teams, consultants, trades, and suppliers to ensure quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.· Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting through tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.· Facilitate coordination between internal departments including development, design, customer care, and marketing.· Conduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.· Identify and resolve issues proactively; manage risks and make sound decisions to ensure successful project outcomes.· Represent Aragon in consultant meetings and municipal coordination as needed.*QUALIFICATIONS*· Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management within residential or mixed-use construction (wood-frame, mid-rise).· Strong understanding of construction methods, BC Building Code, and safety standards.· Experience delivering multi-family residential projects from excavation through occupancy.· Proven ability to manage multiple consultants and trades on complex projects.· Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.· Post-secondary education in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.· Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).· PMP, LEED, or Gold Seal Certification considered an asset.*To Apply:*Please submit your resume and a cover letter to [e-mail].
