BTY Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Alberta team (Calgary or Edmonton). You will oversee development of project plans, schedules, and budgets, mentor junior staff, and coordinate stakeholder engagement across diverse projects.
This role emphasizes strong leadership, risk management, and client relations in a dynamic environment. The position requires 10–12+ years of relevant experience, a PMP and/or P.Eng, and advanced proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

We support projects of all sizes and procurement models, from Design-Build and Construction Management to complex P3/AFP delivery. Our adaptable professionals combine engineering expertise with meticulous scheduling and risk practices to optimize performance, enhance value, and keep every project on track.
