Must Have

• Over 10 years of experience managing progressively larger and more complex self performed concrete projects.
• Proven ability to manage multistorey, institutional, and commercial concrete projects using various formwork systems.

Project(s)

• Self performed concrete projects, including multi-storey institutional and commercial builds.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead every stage of self performed concrete projects, from preconstruction to turnover.
• Support business development by maintaining strong client and industry relationships.
• Oversee project teams to develop safety, quality, profit, and productivity goals.
• Evaluate and select formwork systems and oversee procurement processes.
• Promote and advance industry technologies and innovations.
• Ensure project teams meet productivity, safety, quality, and schedule goals.
• Develop and maintain standards for self performed concrete, including documentation and productivity data.
• Ability to travel regularly within Alberta, BC, and NWT.
