About the Company :

We are a well-established general contractor specializing in the construction of multi-residential developments across Montreal. We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of an 8-story residential building with two levels of underground parking.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.

Lead coordination with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Manage procurement and tendering processes.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and contractual obligations.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site challenges.

Prepare progress reports, cost tracking, and change order documentation.

Support permitting, inspection, and occupancy processes.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction (ideally mid-rise or similar scale).

Experience with concrete structures and underground construction is required.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and project controls.

Proficient in MS Project, Procore, or other project management tools.

Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.

Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
