Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Aviation (Architecture, Construction)

STV is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Aviation (Architecture, Construction) to join our national aviation team. This position may assist aviation clients across the country with their projects. Candidates should be within a reasonable commute to a major airline hub, such as DFW, IAH, ATL, EWR, ORD, LGA, SAT, etc.

The primary objective of the Senior Project Manager is to build and maintain positive client relationships while achieving or exceeding the projected profit margins for projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project tasks, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
2. Manage and direct proposal development, project initiation, execution, control, and closeout, including handling budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing.
3. Participate in or lead marketing efforts, proposal preparation, and presentations to secure projects.
4. Plan project execution and develop comprehensive project manuals.
5. Monitor manpower requirements against the project budget, managing scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk to optimize client service and fiscal responsibility.
6. Establish communication channels with contractors and clients to keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
7. Oversee project from initiation through delivery, including development and updating of project manpower plans.
8. Form and lead project teams, coordinating responsibilities and tasks according to schedule.
9. Ensure compliance by submitting necessary documents to authorities and obtaining permits.
10. Conduct regular project meetings to review contract terms, conditions, and specifications.
11. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, intervening as necessary to resolve issues.
12. Supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient project operations.

Compensation Range: $153,483.98 - $204,645.30
