Job summary

ThoughtStorm Inc. in Toronto is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise AV,Video Conferencing and IT infrastructure deployment projects.

You will manage end-to-end initiatives including upgrades, refreshes, and new installations, coordinating across technical teams, vendors and clients. The role requires deep expertise in AV systems, IT networks and communications tech, with a track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• 5+ years in Audio-Visual and Video Conferencing tech.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with procurement, budgets, vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AV and videoconferencing infrastructure projects, including technology upgrades, refreshes, and new installations.
• Manage enterprise AV systems, video conferencing solutions, VoIP, and integrated communication technologies.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and end-to-end delivery.
• Drive procurement, vendor management, equipment acquisition, and contractual coordination.
• Manage technical teams, vendors, contractors, and on-site installation activities.
• Oversee system design, installation, GUI approvals, quality assurance, and functional testing.
• Develop project plans, risk assessments, communication plans, work breakdown structures, and change management strategies.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, client handover, commissioning, and project closeout activities.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience, including 5+ years in Audio-Visual and Video Conferencing technologies.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, IT infrastructure, telecommunications, VoIP, and enterprise technology deployments.
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects, procurement, budgets, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Previous Public Sector or Justice Sector experience is an asset.
