What The Project Management Department Does

Our project management combines operational rigor with therapeutic expertise, guiding teams to deliver high-quality results with a client-focused approach. Our Global Project Leads and Clinical Project Managers collaborate across all aspects of clinical trials, providing flexible, innovative, and proactive solutions. You will develop in-depth global operational expertise within a specific therapeutic area, supported by our scientific and medical experts.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and manage clinical trials from start-up through closeout activities.
  • Oversee technical, financial, and operational aspects to ensure successful trial completion.
  • Collaborate with functional leads to identify issues, interpret data, and implement solutions.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet time, quality, and cost expectations.
  • Work with Project Management Directors and functional leads to meet customer and contract expectations.

What You Will Bring To The Role

  • Experience managing projects in a multi-office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.

Your Experience

  • 6-7 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in Clinical Project Management within a CRO.
  • Experience managing CNS studies, with a focus in psychiatry, is required.
  • Degree in Life Sciences preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and budgeting.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and travel as needed.
