Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will orchestrate large-scale environmental construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to our high standards of quality and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee project launches, including securing permits, preparing critical documentation, and establishing project benchmarks.
• Strategic Execution: Manage all project phases, ensuring robust collaboration and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor project finances, from budget management to cost-benefit analysis, ensuring financial health and efficacy.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for clients and community stakeholders, ensuring expectations and contractual obligations are met.
• Team Management: Lead and develop project teams, fostering a culture of high performance and compliance with safety protocols.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate completed projects to derive insights and integrate improvements into future initiatives.

Qualifications:
