Responsibilities
BCFSA seeks to engage a Proponent to provide one (1) experienced Senior Project Manager.
Under the direction of the Project Management Office Director, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of solution implementation, working effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners. The role requires adherence to project management best practices within an Agile-Waterfall hybrid approach.
Working collaboratively with the current project team, the Senior Project Manager’s services will include, but are not limited to :
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Contributing to initiatives related to project management processes and methodologies, managing resistance to change, and facilitating adoption of new approaches.
Participating in the development of operational policies, procedures, performance standards, and service levels for continuous improvement.
Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders, establishing clear communication channels, and managing expectations.
Monitoring or managing vendor performance to ensure quality standards are met.
Overseeing Quality Assurance activities in operations and ongoing or new projects or initiatives may be required.
