The Office of the Provincial Land and Development Facilitator (OPLDF) is an independent advisory agency that resolves planning and development issues related to provincial policies. Its role has expanded to cover a wide range of projects and services. Ministries, municipalities, businesses, and individuals in Ontario can request assistance. The Provincial Land and Development Facilitator and Deputy Facilitators operate impartially to help parties reach agreements or settlements.
