About The Role

Reporting to the Manager, Operations, the Senior Project Manager will manage complex projects. The successful incumbent will champion the Plan’s goals, bridge technology with business, and lead projects that drive CAAT Pension Plan's growth and success.

As The Newest Member Of Our Team, You’ll

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Proactively address challenges while presenting well-considered solutions to sponsors, managers, and senior leadership, ensuring effective problem resolution and project success.
  • Adapt Agile methodologies or workstreams to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Champion the organization's goals and bridge technology with business to drive CAAT Pension Plan growth and success.
  • Participate in and lead steering committees to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.

To Succeed, You Bring

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including SCRUM.
  • Over ten (10) years of experience in managing complex projects across various industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to leverage the latest technologies and platforms to drive business transformation.
  • Experience working with financial institutions of pension funds is an asset.
