What will you work on

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for driving the execution of the product lifecycle within the global toys portfolio. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Packaging, etc.) to manage product development from concept through production. Responsibilities include establishing critical paths, milestones, dependencies to ensure timely delivery, identifying risks and opportunities, providing escalation management, and balancing business, design, and technical objectives. The successful candidate will operate effectively in a dynamic CPG environment, employing judgment and evaluation criteria to achieve results.

How will you create impact

• Establish project plans with cross-functional teams, determining tasks, milestones, resources, and timelines.
• Lead integration among multidisciplinary teams and global partners, executing project plans from concept to production.
• Lead product milestone and integration meetings, creating action plans with clear deliverables.
• Support licensor meetings, coordinate approvals, and set agendas based on development timelines.
• Manage project and process optimization independently.
• Lead multiple projects of varying complexity, pre-empting potential issues.
• Manage programs to meet time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Use verification techniques to manage scope, schedule, and cost changes.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Identify and manage risks or issues at the project level.
• Partner with global operations to identify delays and strategize solutions.
• Support cross-functional teams in project management, risk management, and deliverables.
• Report and escalate issues to management; present reports and resolutions.
• Continuously improve project management methodologies and tools.
• Exercise professional discretion in all job aspects.

What are your skills and experience

• Experience in project management roles.
• Experience with plastics materials and mechanical manufacturing is beneficial.
• Familiarity with licensor processes and approval stages is an asset.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred; familiarity with KPIs and metrics analysis is a plus.
• Experience with development tools like MS Project.
• Experience integrating new technologies into CPG development processes.
• Advanced skills in creating presentation materials for executive review.
• Openness to new processes and methodologies; passionate about best practices and adaptability.
