Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (PM, IT, engineering).
• 5–10 years of PM experience delivering complex projects.
• Experience with mainframe software development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to goals, scope, timelines, and budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with objectives, tasks, resources, and deliverables.
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders with timely updates and solutions.
• Identify and manage project risks, anticipating obstacles and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork among project team members and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient execution of activities.
• Drive continuous process improvement in project management methodologies and tools.
• Monitor performance metrics and report progress to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or similar).
• Experience managing or working on mainframe software development initiatives is required
• (Senior)5 to 10of proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Demonstrated Project Management experience in Software DevelopmentLifeCycleprojects (focus on estimating, planning, risk, and dependency management)
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams andeffectively work with clientstowards project success.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient inMicrosofttools and applications.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience inthe Wealth Management Business ishighly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools and applications.
• PMP certification isconsidered an asset.

Compensation

Salary Range: CAD $100,000 – $120,000. Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location
