Job description

Reporting to the Director, Business Relationship Management, the primary responsibility of this role is to drive effective project delivery across the global IT portfolio. This is a highly visible role interfacing with senior executives across the business. The role is responsible for framing of complex initiatives, driving PMO processes and policies and maintaininga high level of Project Management professionalism.

How will you create impact?

• Manages highly complex, multi-phase projects across all areas of the global organization
• Assist in the development of business cases
• Identify project stakeholders and their project roles
• Collaborate with project sponsors and process owners to establish KPIs and success metrics
• Create and own project charters, project plans, operational hand-off plans, and closure reports
• Accountable for change management, training and testing plans
• Create and maintain effective communication plans to ensure frequent, accurate, and timely stakeholder updates
• Responsible for regular updates to Executives, Leadership committees and project stakeholders through status reporting and project reviews
• Deliver assigned projects on time and on budget
• Take strong ownership of the business outcomes that result from project execution
• Proven track record of delivering large scale technical projects within established project constraints
• Past experience delivering large enterprise system installations and integrations
• Executive-level consultation and thought leadership
• Demonstrated skills in presentation and negotiation at an executive level
• Ability to effectively interface with technical teams as well as business teams and executives, both in person and remotely
• Self-organizing with high energy to meet the needs of a demanding business and IT environment
• Skills include strong business acumen, future-thinking, strategic, tactical, accountable, collaborative, and proactive
• Extensive experience understanding and managing complex and / or multi-year projects

What are your skills and experience?

• Minimum 10 years experience as a Project Manager
• PMP Certification is a must
• Excellent oral, written and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• University Computer Science or Business Commerce degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in supply chain for consumer products, fashion or manufacturing industry preferred
• BA experience is a plus

While this position primarily offers remote work opportunities, occasional in-office presence approximately 15-20% per month may be required
