Qualifications

  • Ability to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of risk, change, scope, schedule, budget, and quality management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience aligning projects with program goals and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams consisting of project managers, business analysts, solution architects, technical specialists, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, financial forecasts, risk registers, and communication plans.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, quality, procurement activities, and resource allocation.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, decisions, and change requests.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, executive presentations, and steering committee materials.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and build consensus among diverse business and technical groups.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor performance where applicable.
  • Foster a collaborative, productive, and results-oriented team environment.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Business cases and project charters.
  • Work breakdown structures, project schedules, and budget forecasts.
  • Risk, action, issue, and decision (RAID) logs.
  • Status reporting and executive updates.
  • Project closeout reports and supporting project artifacts.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering cybersecurity or information security projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working within public-sector environments is considered an asset.
