Job Overview

ClearBlue Infrastructure Group is urgently hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead major commercial construction, energy, and utility infrastructure projects across North America. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a seasoned PMP-certified leader with the ability to manage fast-moving, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through closeout.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the execution, profitability, and successful delivery of large-scale projects, working with cross-functional teams and industry-leading clients to drive results. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle project management of commercial construction, utility, and infrastructure projects from pre-construction through final completion.
  • Define project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal departments to align objectives and maintain project momentum.
  • Monitor project KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and payment applications.
  • Enforce compliance with local codes, permitting requirements, safety standards, and project specs.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings, coordinate with field teams, and resolve on-site challenges with a solution-first mindset.
  • Manage risk proactively and lead cost-control initiatives across all project phases.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior project management staff and team members.
Qualifications
  • PMP Certification is required.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, energy, utilities, or infrastructure.
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction is preferred, but not required
  • Proven success managing multimillion-dollar projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Deep understanding of project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and profit/loss management.
  • Proficient in project management tools and platforms (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Willingness to travel for projects with per diem provided, on occasion.

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Flex hours depending on project needs

Work Location:

Remote/Hybrid with travel across the USA and Canada as needed for project management responsibilities.
