What You’ll Do

  • Lead the delivery of highway, bridge, road rehabilitation, and related infrastructure projects.
  • Act as the key liaison for clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
  • Develop project governance structures, schedules, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor project progress, manage change processes, and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project team members.
  • Support business development by maintaining strong client relationships and preparing proposals.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years’ experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong focus on highway infrastructure.
  • Post-secondary education in engineering or related discipline; P.Eng., ASTTBC, or equivalent credentials are assets.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure project delivery processes is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
