Do you have experience leading complex projects and a passion for team coordination, planning, and efficient project delivery? At our Canadian subsidiary, Gabadi Services Canada, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and successfully lead strategic projects—ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Your mission will be to ensure that projects are executed on time, within scope and budget, meeting client requirements and building their trust, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all project phases, ensuring execution aligns with specifications and the Integrated Management System, while coordinating assigned human resources.
• Plan and monitor project execution using the appropriate methodologies to meet defined objectives, including those related to quality, environment, and health & safety.
• Liaise with key stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment in production activities and overall project coordination.
• Monitor the financial performance of assigned projects, ensuring they stay within budget, and report progress to the Operations Director.
• Keep all relevant departments informed of project status and provide regular updates to Management.
• Organize and motivate the project team to achieve goals and meet agreed deadlines.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Naval, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (preferably in sectors such as shipbuilding, construction, civil works, or industrial engineering).
• Technical Skills: Project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
