Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia (Hybrid Position)

Duration: Long Term Position

Required Skills:

• Ability to work independently, apply critical and strategic thinking to issues, and manage deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
• Effective stakeholder & relationship management, and strong collaboration.
• 10+ years of working on medium-to-high complexity initiatives with Technology Project / Program delivery.
• Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience working with multi-site teams.
• Business domain understanding of Financial Services/Capital Markets.
• Experience in producing Project Status Reports and communicating to stakeholders in a formal governance forum, on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly).
• Work closely with engineering, vendors, etc. to coordinate and drive project execution and ensure deliverables are delivered on-time.
• Experience in developing Resource Plan – i.e., the required skills and team composition.
