Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple heavy civil construction projects from initial planning through to successful completion. This role requires a strategic leader with strong technical knowledge, team management skills, and the ability to deliver complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple heavy civil construction projects
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies
• Secure necessary permits and manage regulatory approvals
• Assess project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Oversee project budgets and ensure adherence to cost estimates
• Ensure quality standards and timelines are met across all project phases
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies
• Mentor junior staff and assign project responsibilities to team members
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance with health & safety regulations
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all health and safety standards
• Continuously evaluate project performance and recommend improvements
• Support other duties as required to align with company objectives
