Duration: 2+ Years Contract

Project Overview

A large-scale clinical information modernization initiative is underway to create a unified, province-wide digital health ecosystem. This initiative involves transitioning multiple existing clinical systems into a comprehensive clinical information solution (CIS) supported by an integrated digital services ecosystem.

The program includes the implementation of digital health solutions across acute care, continuing care, primary care, community organizations, laboratories, and diagnostic imaging locations. As part of this transformation, several concurrent workstreams are being executed to ensure clinical and business readiness across the province.

A central Digital Health Services team supports the initiative through program management, business analysis, digital identity, enterprise architecture, integration, digital assets governance, and solution delivery. This role will support this transformation effort, with a specific focus on digital assets, records, and the solution acceptance process.

This includes working with multiple project teams, subject‑matter experts, technical leads, privacy and security teams, business readiness groups, and other cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure digital assets are identified, catalogued, validated, and transitioned appropriately.

This role contributes to the broader transformation program by ensuring that all digital assets are aligned with business requirements, regulatory standards, organizational governance, and technical implementation timelines.

  • Ensure that digital assets adhere to regulatory compliance requirements and organizational governance frameworks (privacy, security, retention, accessibility, etc.).
  • Manage asset traceability and ensure accuracy of metadata and classifications.
Business Analysis & Requirements
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables for technical teams.
  • Support workshops, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders.
  • Validate assets, workflows, and processes to support end‑user and operational readiness.

  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across clinical teams, project managers, business leads, technologists, and support teams.
  • Prepare and deliver status updates, reports, and executive‑ready documentation.
  • Support change management activities, communication plans, and stakeholder onboarding.
Documentation & Governance
  • Produce project documentation, including requirements, specifications, process maps, risk logs, and decision records.
  • Enforce digital asset governance standards and contribute to the advancement of enterprise digital asset management practices.
  • Maintain accurate inventories of digital assets throughout the project lifecycle.
Solution Acceptance Support
  • Work with testing, validation, and quality assurance teams to confirm digital asset accuracy and readiness for deployment.
  • Support go‑live preparation, cutover activities, and post‑implementation transition.
  • Coordinate the alignment of digital assets with solution workflows and operational processes.
Required Skills & Experience
