Role Overview

Your project is to manage time, cost, resources, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Team Lead, PMO.
• Recommend and implement standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and status reports.
• Analyze proposals to determine feasibility and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Leaders and Product Owners to deliver complex projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external parties to manage dependencies.
• Ensure application changes are tested and implemented properly.
• Participate in research, design, proposal creation, implementation, and performance review.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and develop strategies.
• Escalate issues early and clearly to keep projects on track.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, costs, and other constraints.
• Drive operational improvements and optimize resource use.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• At least 8 years of project management experience, with 5+ years leading major IT initiatives.
• Leadership experience and project management certification (ISP, PMP) are assets.
• Exceptional communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
• Strong skills across all project management stages and familiarity with agile and lean methodologies.
