Phasor Engineering in Canada is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Geomatics team. You will lead multi-million dollar construction and transmission-related projects from planning through closeout, owning execution, budgets, schedules, and change orders while coordinating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

This role can be based in Moncton, NB; Edmonton, AB; hybrid or remote, with travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing large construction projects, including multi-million dollar contracts.
• Transmission line experience is an asset.
• Proven success delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and change order management.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
• P.Eng or PLS designation is an asset, but not required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required, with all travel expenses covered.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Geomatics team.

To support our growing portfolio of large-scale construction and transmission-related projects, we're expanding our Geomatics team with this senior leadership position, responsible for the successful delivery of multi-million dollar projects from planning through closeout.

In this role, you'll take ownership of project execution — managing budgets, schedules, and change orders while building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience with transmission line projects is considered a strong asset.

This role can be based in Moncton, NB; Edmonton, AB; hybrid; or remote — we will consider candidates in all other locations. The position requires travel, with all travel expenses covered, and offers a salary of $150,000 – $175,000 CAD, commensurate with experience.
