Job description

Infosys is seeking a Maximo Senior Project Manager. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary AB or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

• At least 7 years of experience in IT industry, with a major part of the experience as a Project Manager in Maximo implementation projects.
• Experience in Maximo Asset Management.
• Experience leading a Maximo technical team in Design, Build, and Testing.
• Experience with tools like Jira, HPQC, and Project Management.
• Experience leading end-to-end Maximo upgrades, implementations, and rollouts.
• Knowledge of Github.
• Experience working closely with stakeholders, portfolio leads, business users, and client managers to understand requirements and problem statements.
• Experience reporting status and metrics, highlighting risks, issues, blockers, with mitigation plans.
• Experience collaborating with vendor partners on template design, emphasizing best practices, standard functionality, efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.

The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Good communication skills via telephone, email, or face-to-face are required. Extensive travel may be needed based on client and project needs.
