Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to advance technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment in Canada.

The role is a 12‑month contract with extension potential, based in Canada with a hybrid work arrangement and occasional onsite requirements in Ottawa.

You will lead projects across lifecycles, develop plans, manage risks, coordinate multi‑stream deliverables, and guide governance and release activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or technology transformation projects.
• 5+ years leading complex enterprise projects.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of PMBOK methodologies and Agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reporting.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate resources and project deliverables across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reporting
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Coordinate resources and project deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Engage stakeholders and provide updates to leadership teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support release management activities
• Ensure projects meet governance, documentation, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

Additional Requirements

• Must be based in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada
• Eligible to obtain Reliability Status security clearance
