Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee large, multi-national clinical programs and direct cross-functional teams to deliver results on time, within scope, and within budget. Will provide support and oversight of large, multi-national projects and is responsible for directing large national or global projects, a program of projects, and/or complex projects in terms of customer deliverables while providing functional leadership to Project Managers (PMs). Works effectively across multiple divisions to direct the delivery of projects/programs within cost, time, and quality requirements. Provides direct supervision, support, training, and mentoring to Project Managers. May have immediate supervision of employees, prepares and may conduct performance appraisals and salary reviews, and applies company policies. Works with leadership in all functional areas on the continuous development and improvement of business processes to support cross-functional teams and to ensure that work is uniform, complete, and managed appropriately. Serves as a liaison with Business Development and Bids/Contracts for client presentations and proposal development. Assists in resource utilization, policy development, and implementation of goals.
Promotion to the next level is not automatic based on years of experience. Personnel are evaluated on proven competency, level of responsibility, and ability to work independently.

The salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates):
United States of America - $128,500.00 - $254,500.00
The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws.
