Job summary

This role requires 7–10 years of project management experience, strong ability to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and oversee complex budgets. Public sector ITIL familiarity is a plus; OPS governance knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product planning and lifecycle management.
• Defining and executing product vision and strategy.
• Gathering and prioritizing customer and business requirements.
• Creating and managing detailed product roadmaps.
• Experience with OPS project assessments (TRA, PIA) and financial analysis for multi-year projects.
• Managing multi-year, multi-million budget projects with stakeholders, risk mitigation and scope control.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high risk projects for OPS I&IT initiatives.
• Ensures project deliverables meet clients’ business requirements on time, scope and budget.
