Job summary

Product Management Experience:

Technical, Deployment and Project Integration Skills:

• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
  
• Skilled in managing project life cycles using tools likeJira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Kanban, and Azure DevOps.
  
• Proficiency with online collaboration tools such as Miro,Microsoft Teams, Atlassian Confluence, Trello, Office 365, Google Drive, Zoom,and Slack.
  

Documentation Skills:

• Experience creating privacy, financial, communication, andIT documentation including business cases, Privacy Impact Assessments, ThreatImpact Assessments, and Requests for Service.
  
• Experience in creating Agile methodology artifacts such asroadmaps, release plans, epics/features/user stories.
  

Public Sector Experience:

• Experience with public sector ITIL processes includingincident management, release management, problem management, support models,etc.
  
• Familiarity with the PMO Stage Gate process as implementedin the Ontario Public Sector.
  
• Experience with Service Ontario/Ministry of Government andConsumer Services business processes, gating procedures, project managementrequirements, and business rules.
