We currently have one clinical opportunity for Senior Project Leader - Planning & Readiness to join the Redevelopment Planning & Readiness team. This Senior Project Leader (SPL) will support the following primary focus program groupings across all redevelopment projects:
Reporting to the Executive Project Director - Service Planning & Operational Readiness, the Senior Project Leader will provide leadership, partnership, and expert navigation for their assigned focus program grouping through all phases of planning, operations readiness, move-in, post-occupancy transition & evaluation for WRHN Redevelopment projects. The Senior Project Leader will oversee all aspects of planning and readiness of their focus areas, and in collaboration with the operational and medical leadership teams be accountable for ensuring the programs are operationally prepared to deliver the future of care.
The Senior Project Leader will bring a broad understanding of care and service delivery (consistent with their assigned focus programs); program and service planning; process improvement and workflow standardization/design/optimization; health human resources and staffing models; enabling technologies and equipment; change management; clinical design and emerging trends in clinical space planning; data evaluation & visualization; patient experience best practice and co-design; and staff training design and delivery.
The Senior Project Leader should have good project management, documentation, report writing, and facilitation capabilities, as well as strong interpersonal skills with the ability to drive consensus and foster engagement in a complex environment.
The Leader will maintain a working knowledge of operational, legislative and Accreditation standards to ensure planning and design meets or exceeds requirements, and can be operationalized effectively, efficiently, and consistently. The Senior Project Leader will maintain a future-oriented perspective and innovation mindset, ensuring emerging trends, research and evidence are considered in all project activities.
