Job summary

Clarity Recruitment is seeking a finance leader to own project-level financial management from development through construction completion across North America. You will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for large-scale capital programs.

The role demands CPA, 5+ years in FP&A, and advanced Excel with ERP experience (NetSuite/Vena). MBA or CFA is a strong asset; entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A or project finance experience in capital-intensive environments.
CPA designation; MBA or CFA considered a strong asset.
Advanced Excel with macros and ERP/FP&A platforms such as NetSuite or Vena.
Ability to build financial models and present data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity and process improvement, including AI tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as the finance lead on large-scale capital projects, building and maintaining financial models for budgeting and scenario analysis.
Analyze construction cost data, identify trends, and present insights to senior leadership and project teams.
Oversee project debt activities including compliance, drawdowns, and cash flow forecasting.
Manage project change control processes and produce clear financial reports and forecasts.
Partner with business unit teams to drive financial accountability across the project lifecycle.
