Synergy Projects Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator/Senior Project Coordinator to support timely workflow coordination for construction projects in Alberta.

You will handle documentation, communications with trades and suppliers, and assist Project Managers across all project phases. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with common software, and the ability to work both independently and in a team within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel; Viewpoint PM is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative support to the project management team.
• Prepare and maintain complete project directories.
• Maintain accurate records in the project management software.
• Create and organize electronic and hard copy filing systems.
• Assist with procurement, budgeting, and submittals.
• Attend project meetings and prepare minutes.
• Participate in project setup, scheduling, and closeout activities.
