On behalf of our Infrastructure client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Controls Specialist for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Vancouver office.

Senior Project Controls Specialist - Job Description :

The Senior Project Controls Specialist will oversee high-risk and highly complex infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, with quality, within budget, and on time. This role involves leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple project activities, including quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory approvals.

Senior Project Controls Specialist - Responsibilities :

• Plan, direct, and report on infrastructure and construction project activities
• Develop project and risk management plans for projects exceeding $100 million
• Manage quality assurance, engineering, stakeholder engagement, and procurement
• Complete project management activities using advanced project management software
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Establish standards for project implementation and monitoring

Senior Project Controls Specialist - Mandatory Skills :

Minimum twelve (12) years of project management experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related discipline

Project Management Professional (PMP) designation

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
